To Order Online:
As you navigate through budshop.com, simply select the quantity (and size information when appropriate) and press the "Add to Cart" button.
While you are shopping, you can view your order by pressing "View Cart". You can change the quantity of, or delete items from your shopping
cart at any time.
To Order by Fax:
Complete all of the order information including your daytime phone number. Print the completed form and fill in the payment information. Fax your order

A.Once you become a budshop.com member, you will have access to your account information, order history and status. Login to budshop.com and then click on the "Your Account" link at the top of the screen. From there, you will be able to edit your account information, track order history and print out a budshop.com member card.
Q. What does the message "Held Call for Details" mean about my order?
A. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-325-9665 8am-8pm CST Monday-Friday or email

Billing/Shipping

Q. What is the method of payment on budshop.com?
A. Budshop.com accepts all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards and budshop.com gift cards and gift certificates.
Q. Do you offer deferred billing?
A. Yes. You have the option to defer your payment on orders with a merchandise total of $100.00 or more. Defer your charges until August 31, 2008. Offer not available with debit cards or checks. May not be available on select promotional offers. The total order amount must be authorized when you place your order.
Q. Do you offer installment billing?
A. Yes. You have the option for installment billing on orders with a merchandise total of $100.00 or more. Four monthly installments will be billed to your credit card, beginning when your item (or items) ship. All freight and sales tax will be included on first installment. There will be four installments for each shipment of the order. Backordered items will create additional installments. Offer not valid with debit cards, checks or American Express. The total order amount must be authorized when you place your order.
Q. How do I know how much my Shipping & Handling charges are?
A. For online orders, the shipping & handling will show on the final approval page in the order process. When ordering by mail you can calculate the shipping & handling by using the freight table below.

Q. How is a product delivered?
A. Orders normally ship within 48 business hours after receipt. You will
be notified by email or mail of any delay. Some items are shipped direct from
vendor. Orders are typically shipped UPS (Airborne for UK/Ireland), and require
street addresses (no post office box numbers, APO or FPO addresses please).
EXPRESS 3-BUSINESS-DAY SERVICE on telephone, fax and online budshop.com orders
is available for $8 above normal shipping charges, AK, HI, PR and Canada
included. Express service not available for items shipped direct from vendor.
Express service not available for UK or Ireland.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Personalized items, or items shipping
direct from vendor may take additional time.
Please note: signature may be required for delivery.
Q. Can I have an item sent to another address?
A. Yes. You can have your purchase sent directly to another recipient's
address. When ordering through a Customer Representative, you can have your
item sent to any recipient's address. When ordering on the Internet, enter the
address you wish to send to on the Billing/Shipping page when checking out. If
sending a gift internationally, or within the UK or Republic of Ireland,
remember the taxes and duties are charged to the recipient upon delivery of the
merchandise. If merchandise is shipped to a business, please include the name
of the business in the address field.
Q. Can I include a gift announcement with my package?
A. Yes. You can send a gift announcement by filling out the Gift
Information field online in the Shipping/Billing page when you check out. We
will mail a postcard gift announcement sent to the recipient. The postcard
announces that Budweiser merchandise is on its way. Note that on orders
shipping express, the merchandise may arrive before the postcard. Selecting a
gift announcement automatically suppresses pricing on the packing list.

Tax
Q. Why do you charge for sales tax on Internet orders?
A. Anheuser-Busch is required by law to collect and remit state and
local tax in every state in which it has a business presence. Tax applies to
the state where merchandise is delivered. Include tax of freight charges for
the following states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO,
MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV, WY.
Our system is continually updated to reflect the latest tax laws.
Q. How is sales tax calculated?
A. Actual state and local tax will be applied. Tax applies to the ship
to address. Some states may also require we collect tax on freight charges.
Please note: The tax rate appearing on your order is an estimated amount, the
actual tax rate will apply once your order is processed.

Q. What is budshop.com's return policy?
A. At Anheuser-Busch, every item of merchandise is backed by our 100%
money back guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your order, let us
know and we'll be glad to make it right.

Q. If I am ordering from the UK or Ireland, how long will it
take for me to receive my order?
A. Orders from the UK or Ireland are shipped via Airborne Express and
are normally received within 3-5 business days. Personalized items may require
additional time.
Q. Will I be charged duties and taxes on my order?
A. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once
the package reaches your country. These costs are not reflected in our prices.
Please check with your local Customs Office about these charges. Remember, if
you send a gift, the taxes and duties are charged to the recipient upon
delivery of the merchandise.
Please note: You will be charged duties and taxes again on any exchange orders.

Sizing Information
Q. How can I verify what size I should order when ordering apparel?
A. All Promotional Products Group clothing is cut to traditional U.S.
sizing. Fabrics are chosen for optimum shrink resistancy, although with 100%
cotton garments a small amount of shrinkage is normal. Sizing information is a
general guideline only.

Personalized Items
Q. I received an email confirmation that my personalized item
was being shipped, however, I have already received my item. Please do not ship
another personalized item and/or bill me again.
A. You will receive an automated email response regarding the shipping
of your personalized merchandise. We do not apply the charge to your credit
card until the merchandise has shipped. Since this item is shipped to you
directly from the vendor producing the item, there will be a delay in billing.
Once your credit card is charged for the personalized item you ordered, our
system generates this email response.
The regular freight charge will be applied to your card at the time your other
merchandise will ship from our warehouse. You will not be billed additional
freight charges.
Q. How do I order personalized items?
A. For items on which personalization is offered, there will be a box
for you to fill in with your personalization request. Be sure to read the item
description thoroughly for maximum characters allowed and note that spaces and
punctuation do count as a character. Personalization will be submitted to the
vendor exactly as it is entered on budshop.com.
Please note: Personalization is case sensitive. Please double check your
personalization, as we cannot guarantee changes once you have submitted your
order to be processed. Also, an offensive personalization will not be produced.
Q. Is express shipping available on personalized items?
A. Unfortunately express shipping is not available on personalized
items. These items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Each item
is noted in the description with the estimated time of delivery.
Sold Out/Backorder Items
Q. If an item is sold out does that mean that you will be
getting it back in stock later?
A. If an item is sold out, the item is no longer available. If an item
is on back order, it will be arriving at a later date. If an item is on back
order, click on the "Check Availability" button for item delivery information.
Electrical Items
Q. How are your electrical items wired?
A. All electrical products are wired to U.S. 110v's, with U.S. plug
configurations. Electrical products are only available for shipment within the
U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.
Value of Steins
Q. How can I find the value of my stein?
A. We are unable to set a value on any previously issued Anheuser-Busch
collectibles. We would like to suggest that you contact the Collectors'
Information Bureau, which provides a market guide and a price index on most of

Q. I'm looking for a neon sign like the ones I have seen in my favorite beer
establishment. Do you have any?
A. Currently, we offer a wide variety of neon signs. The ultimate neon

Free Item
Q. I received an item that was not ordered and was charged for
this along with shipping. Can you credit this?
A. Charges will appear on your credit card statement for regular
shipping charges for the merchandise. The regular freight charge will be
applied to your card at the time of the shipment of the free item. You will not
incur additional freight charges for the multiple shipments. You do not incur
additional freight charges for free gifts offered with purchase.

A.You can order a gift certificate or gift card online through budshop.com, simply click in the "Gift Certificate" section at the bottom of the splash page. Gift cards are available in $10, $25 or $50 denominations, while Gift Certificates can be purchased for any amount between $5 and $5000. You can choose to have the gift certificate mailed to you or sent as a virtual gift certificate via email. You can also call 1-800-PICK-BUD anytime to order a gift certificate/card. Q. Can I purchase an order using my Anheuser-Busch Gift
Certificate?
A. Yes, you can use your gift certificate to purchase your items on budshop.com. You may redeem multiple gift certificates per order. When purchasing with a Gift Certificate, you will need to supply the gift certificate number and the verification number printed on the gift certificate when completing the order on the Check Out page. For Gift Cards, you will need to supply the card and PIN numbers. At this time, gift certificates can not be redeemed at Anheuser-Busch Gift Shops.
